Welcome to SMAC (Smart Mobilization and Consultancy). By downloading or using our mobile application (“SMAC”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SMAC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SMAC provides users and companies with access to a platform for managing technical field mobilization, booking engineers, viewing project schedules, and handling consultancy workflows in the industrial sector.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity under your jurisdiction to use this app. Companies registering must be authorized legal entities.

4. User Responsibilities

– Provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information.

– Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.

– Use the app only for lawful purposes and not to violate any local labor, visa, or mobilization laws.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

– Reverse engineer or decompile the app.

– Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

– Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm another person or company.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and services in the App are owned by SMAC or licensed third parties. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Booking & Deployment

SMAC acts as a facilitation tool only. All contracts, payments, and responsibilities related to deployment remain between the user and the employer or service provider.

8. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of services. The app is provided on an “as-is”
basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

SMAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App, including loss of profit, mobilization errors, or regulatory violations.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any part of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Saudi court
